Long Term Care
The Home operates two Long Term Care facilities situated in Toronto and Scarborough.
The care and services we provide are developed for the holistic well-being of our residents. We treat our residents with dignity and respect in a home-like, warm and welcoming environment. Hellenic Home is a family-friendly facility where family involvement is encouraged in the care of loved ones by collaborating with the dedicated and qualified staff.
The Long Term Care facilities are governed by the Hellenic Home Policies, the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care (MOHLTC) Program Standards, the Local Health Integration Networks and the Long Term Care Homes Act. In addition, both operations are accredited by CARF International.
