By providing the highest level of service and support, The Hellenic Home for the Aged is committed to offering a safe, culturally sensitive lifestyle to our seniors, in an environment they are proud to call home. The seniors’ apartments are nestled in a park-like setting located in a quiet residential neighbourhood and surrounded by every amenity.
The Hellenic Home Housing Complex consists of 225 independent living seniors’ apartments and a gathering area, the Estia, which is enjoyed daily by tenants and is often used for a variety of recreational activities and special events. Eighty percent of the tenants have their rent subsidized by the Ontario government; the other units are offered below market value to accommodate the financial needs of low income seniors.
